Emma is our head of Special Projects and manager of our Paralegal Academy.
As head of Special Projects, Emma works on strategic projects around the firm. Recent projects include co-ordinating the team responsible for our recent change in intellectual property management system and helping to build increased capability with in our Finance team. Most recently Emma has been working on feasibility studies for some of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Previously, Emma designed and delivered our Paralegal Academy training programme. She continues to lead and manage this programme and is passionate about providing the best start for our new recruits.
Emma has an Engineering and Law background and 11 experience years working in the IP world. In her spare time, Emma loves to scuba dive, ski, and repair her slightly temperamental classic campervan.
