The opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified European patent attorney in the field of Life Sciences or Chemistry to be our first attorney on the ground in our new Boston office.
 
It's unique! Join us to be our representative in Boston. That means keeping on top of your day to day client work but also having enough time to create an impact on our behalf amongst the thriving Life Sciences and Chemistry community.
 
You will be technically astute, with the ability to quickly understand any life sciences or chemistry subject matter, depending on your focus of expertise. 
 
Given that we are building a new practice in Boston, you’ll be ambitious, commercially minded, hard-working and self-motivated – excited by the prospect of creating business development opportunities and growing your practice.  That means being client focussed and having superb communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.  You’ll need to be happy working autonomously and taking responsibility for your own caseload.
 
The total compensation and reward package will be excellent.  

Our ideal candidate

You will have:
  • At least 4 (four) years of post-qualification experience as a European Patent Attorney.
  • Stand out client-care skills.
  • Comfortable working alone with the full support of a remote team based in London. Attorneys from our other offices will visit on a regular basis and you will have the full support of our excellent Marketing and Business Development team.
