Our finance team is at the heart the ongoing transformation and planned future success of the firm. The strategy of the finance team is to:

 
  • Support delivery of the firmwide strategy and the practice group plans by providing business advice, not just data.
  • Achieve ever-greater operational speed and accuracy though technology and new thinking.
 

The Roles:

 
Revenue Controller – Responsible for the smooth running of the firm’s billing function, there is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to shape and streamline our billing processes following recent system changes.
 
  • Ensuring accurate and timely production of all bills to clients in line with agreed service levels.
  • Managing the successful delivery of bills to the firm’s eBilling clients every month.
  • Having regular WIP review catch-ups with fee-earners to illustrate progress made and highlight problem areas.
 
Finance Operations Assistant – Initially transactional in focus, this role will be key in supporting efficiency improvements in the accounts payable and wider finance operations team. In the immediate short-term, the successful candidate will be assisting a ‘catch up’ exercise following the introduction of new finance and matter management systems.
 
  • Helping with the prompt processing of supplier invoices.
  • Processing expense claims and credit card reconciliations.
  • Managing the account payable inbox, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
