Emma joined Kilburn & Strode in April 2016 and is a UK and European Trade Mark Attorney. Emma has wide experience with the management of large IP portfolios including trade mark clearance programmes, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, oppositions and dispute settlement. She advises clients in a wide range of sectors from fashion to pharmaceuticals to media and publishing to aviation.
Emma graduated with a First Class LLB Law with American Legal Studies degree from the University of Leeds. This also included a year spent at Western Law School, University of Western Ontario in Canada, where she completed a wide range of intellectual property modules.
