George joined Kilburn & Strode in October 2017 as a Technical Assistant in the Life Sciences and Chemistry Group.
George graduated with an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford in 2013. In his final year his research focussed on improving methods of nucleophilic fluorination by modulating the reactivity of fluoride complexes through hydrogen bonding.
Prior to joining Kilburn & Strode, George spent four years as a high school science teacher, training via the Teach First scheme in East Yorkshire before becoming Head of Chemistry in a comprehensive school in West London.
