Lucy Smyton

Trainee Trade Mark Attorney

Lucy joined Kilburn & Strode in October 2018 as a Trainee UK and European Trade Mark Attorney.
 
Lucy completed a 4-year LLB Law with French Law degree at the University of Birmingham in July 2018, including a year at Montesquieu University in Bordeaux. Prior to starting at Kilburn & Strode Lucy worked for Jimmy Choo in their legal department gaining experience in various intellectual property matters such as trade mark and design issues within a luxury brand. She also has experience working for Ernest Guntmann & Yves Plasseraud a French intellectual property law firm in Paris.
 
Lucy is fluent in French due to growing up in France and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
