Anne heads up the People and Culture team at the firm. Her primary focus is on acquiring, supporting and developing the very best talent in our sector. Her team look after the whole employee life cycle, from early careers to leadership development.
Throughout her career she has thrived in the variety that comes from supporting diverse teams within ambitious organisations. With over 20 years’ experience of Professional Services, spent in Legal, Accountancy and Chartered Surveying. Anne understands, and has very much enjoyed, building high performing and approachable HR teams. At Kilburn and Strode the People and Culture team play a key role in supporting the strategic growth plans of the firm.
In her spare time she has a love for the outdoors, and if she isn’t watching her son play football, then she is dragging him off for another walk.
