Matt heads up the Finance department at the firm. His principle focus is to develop and support the implementation of the firm’s financial strategy for sustainable, profitable growth.
His team is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s finance function, covering: working capital and treasury management; commercial finance and pricing; financial reporting; management information and business intelligence; regulatory compliance.
Matt’s experience to date has specialised in the professional services sector, having spent approaching 20 years at some of the UK’s leading law firms. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants (CIMA), as well an active member of a number of industry networking groups.
