Ruby is an Associate in the trade marks team. She joined Kilburn & Strode in 2019 and qualified as Trade Mark Attorney in 2022.
Ruby has experience in a variety of trade mark matters, including worldwide portfolio management, searching, prosecution advising on strategy and contentious matters. She works with a broad range of clients, from start ups to MNCs, across a diverse range of business sectors.
Before joining Kilburn & Strode, Ruby graduated with a first class honours degree in Business Management and an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property. Throughout her masters, Ruby worked as an IP Paralegal at a health-tech start-up, where she assisted in the management of their IP portfolio
