Kilburn & Strode uphold Tier 1 ranking in Legal 500 for patents and trade marks

We are pleased to announce our Tier 1 ranking in the latest edition of The Legal 500 for UK Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. The firm has been noted for all-round excellence and our partners have been individually acknowledged for their industry expertise.

Our patents team are recognised for combining a strong pharmaceutical and life sciences practice with a powerful electronics and technology offering, as well as an impressive track record acting for engineering clients. Our trade marks team are noted as a comprehensive trade mark practice, spanning trade mark clearance work, the drafting and filing of trade mark applications, and representation in opposition and cancellation proceedings.

The patent ranking recommends partners Nick Bassil, Kristina Cornish, Elizabeth Crooks, Kathryn Eldridge, Richard Howson, Alexander Korenberg, Jim Miller and Gwilym Roberts. The publication focusses on the trade marks team excelling in the provision of litigation support, due diligence instructions, licensing agreements and enforcement work. Trade marks work highlights include the work we have done for Time’s Up Group, easyGroup, Waterbomb and HCA Healthcare.
