This year marks Kilburn & Strode’s third year of participating in the Best Companies to Work For survey.
Reaching for the stars
We are thrilled that, despite the challenging year COVID has dealt us, we have again earned a 2 Star accreditation, which means we have "Outstanding" levels of engagement. We are also delighted that some teams have rocketed up to a 3-star “World Class” rating.
Additional stardom
This year we also gained a place on two additional lists: we are in the 'Top 75 Best Large Companies to work for in London' and the 'Top 20 Best Law Firms to work for'. That's the first time we have featured in those, and we feel great that within the smaller comparator groups of sector and region we have still achieved recognition.
Over 90% of Kilburn & Strode colleagues took part, which means the survey results give us incredibly useful feedback to work with as regards what we do well, and what we should now focus on doing differently and better.
Continuing the journey
The journey to 3 Stars has already started for us. We are ambitious, we love a challenge, and we are absolutely passionate about making our firm as engaging, supportive and fulfilling a place as we can for each of us to spend our time.
