These terms and conditions (“Terms”) of Kilburn & Strode ("we" or "us") govern the use of our website (“Site”).

Kilburn & Strode is the collective trade name for a group of European patent and trademark professionals providing authorized services under distinct entities. Services are provided by Kilburn & Strode, LLP, a limited liability partnership organized under the laws of England and Wales, and by Kilburn & Strode US PC, a California professional corporation. The entities practicing under the name “Kilburn & Strode” are separate and distinct entities.

No individual who is a shareholder, officer, director, member or partner of any one entity is automatically a shareholder, officer, director, member of partner of the other entity and neither any such individual, nor the other entity, has any authority, of any kind, to obligate or otherwise bind the other such entity in any manner whatsoever. 
 

Use of the website

By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms but if you do not agree to be bound by them you must stop using the Site immediately.

We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes will be posted on the Site and will govern all use of the Site after the effective date of such revisions.
