Alicia joined Kilburn & Strode in 2016 and qualified as a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney in 2019. In her qualifying exams, Alicia came top in the country in two of the papers. 

Alicia has wide experience managing large IP portfolios, conducting clearance searches, prosecuting trade mark applications (in the UK, EU and internationally via the Madrid system) and filing oppositions.
 
Alicia has a science background, and after graduating with a First Class degree in Biological Sciences she worked as a Paralegal at a commercial law firm.  Alicia now advises clients in a broad range of sectors including retail, food and beverage, toys, media, insurance, aviation and healthcare.
