Dayle has over 10 years of experience in life sciences and pharmaceutical patenting, including antibodies, small molecule therapeutics and formulations. She has gained extensive experience in drafting, prosecution and co-ordination of worldwide patent portfolios. She has also been involved in life science (vaccines) and pharmaceutical (small molecule) patent litigation.

Dayle has a particular interest in Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs).  Her experience includes coordinating the prosecution of a large SPC portfolio relating to combination products, and assisting in SPC litigation relating to an HIV product.
 
In addition to her work in the life sciences field, Dayle also has experience advising clients in all aspects of patenting in the mechanical field, including medical devices, clean technology, and the oil and gas industry. Her skills are ideally suited to advising clients who have products on the market or in advanced development.
 
Before joining Kilburn & Strode Dayle worked for a multinational IP firm and had clients based across a wide range of countries.  Prior to joining the patent attorney profession, she was a patent examiner at IPONZ.
