Associate Director, Platform Transactions Counsel, OSAP, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard

Emily Rezendes is the Associate Director, Platform Transactions Counsel at The Broad Institute, assisting Broad's service platforms with research transactions and associated legal matters. Prior to joining the Broad in 2020, Emily was a member of the Office of University Counsel at Tufts University for six years, where she specialized in research contracting, copyright, and trademark. Emily is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Boston University, where she studied Japanese Language and Literature. In her spare time, Emily enjoys cooking, reading, scary movies, and spending time with her family.
