Jessica is a partner in the chemistry team at Kilburn & Strode and her practice is mainly focused on industrial chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry. She is experienced in technical areas including diagnostic imaging agents, formulations for pharmaceutical applications, medical devices, low Global Warming Potential fluorocarbons, catalysts, composite materials and polymers.
 
She has considerable experience in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office.
 
Jessica is also experienced in patent due diligence investigations and global patent portfolio management. She has particular experience of prosecution in Europe, Japan and China.
 
Jessica graduated with an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. In her final year, her research involved investigation into the use of 1,2-disubstituted ferrocene molecules as anion sensors.
