Lisa Stuart


Lisa is the head of client and attorney support. With more than 30 years of IP experience, she is passionate about providing outstanding service and support to both the firm and our clients.
Lisa's team of administrators provides daily support to both staff and clients, and ensures matters are handled in a swift and efficient manner. She has embedded in her team a culture of innovation and service. With a dedicated focus, they are consistently implementing new and improved processes to keep ahead of the curve.
Lisa began her career in IP as a paralegal where she helped write and produce a paralegal manual, together with standard guidelines for specific blue chip clients.She then moved into a records role and gained experience across the spectrum of records and formalities work. She has written detailed processes with guidance notes for handling specific Patent Office communications. Lisa also brings vast experience in mentoring staff, successfully guiding individuals through CIPA exams, and running regular training workshops to assist in systems usage. Taking on increasing responsibility in these positions, she progressed through the ranks to become team leader, manager, and then head of IP Support.
Outside of work, she loves to travel and has a passion for music.
