Lucas graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen. Following his undergraduate degree, he undertook an LLM at the University of Vienna in European and International Business Law with a strong emphasis on Intellectual Property and New Technologies in a European and international legal context. There, Lucas was selected as the sole representative to attend Stanford Law School where he focussed his studies on intellectual property law.
In 2021, Lucas graduated with distinction and was also published by Stanford Law School for his master thesis in trade marks in the Transatlantic Technology Law Forum Working Paper Series. Apart from this, Lucas has interned at All Bright Law firm in China, and Beautyblender in the United States. Through his educational and practical experience, Lucas gained a keen interest in trade mark and copyright law. He is able to combine his commercial and intellectual property knowledge to assist clients with his fluency in English, German and Chinese.
During his free time, Lucas enjoys travelling, scuba-diving, following e-sports and playing tennis.
