Front of House Manager
Sally and her team are Kilburn & Strode’s Front of House and pride themselves on the warm welcome and service that they provide to both our colleagues and our clients.
Sitting at the cross-roads of the firm’s operations and legal teams, she handles all aspects of office services, including front of house, office management, events and health & safety. In her role, Sally specialises in enhancing team performance to provide a signature customer service experience. With the highest standards, she ensures her team follows suit. Service-oriented at the core, Sally understands and appreciates the focus of looking after clients and brings a deep history of bringing out the absolute best of her team members. Whether it’s executing a complex event or delighting in catering to the unique preferences of our visitors, she relishes in providing a perfect service.
Previously she has worked in similar roles at multinational investment banks. She has looked after client services and client experience and brings a sharp, global, service-oriented perspective to our firm.
A native of Thailand, Sally loves to travel, most often to the Formula1 Grand Prix Championships each year in Monaco.
