We are excited to announce we have 12 new Technical Assistants with a range of backgrounds, experience, and interests joining us in groups across the firm.
In Life Sciences and Chemistry we welcome Harriet Folland, Oliver Lam, Wouter Mooji, Olivia Murray, George Pidgeon and Lucy Ward. In Electronics and IT we welcome Theo Carter, Alex Nim, Hannah Smith and Matthew Woodhill. In the Engineering team we welcome Rebecca Jones.
Richard Howson, Managing Partner has said ‘I’m delighted to welcome these new trainee patent and trade mark attorneys. It’s the largest group of new starters we’ve ever taken on and shows how much the firm is growing in all practice areas. They’re of course all super-smart, but I also see early signs of the other qualities our clients value so much – being no-nonsense, helpful and great company.’
Jonathan Clarke, Director of Human Resources also commented on our recruitment process saying ‘so many of us have been involved in attracting, interviewing and inducting them. It’s an annual cycle that we love – out and about on University Campus, leading up to our assessment day in January to then finally welcoming them in October. It is nice to have them settled in and already getting involved in some interesting case work.’
We are looking forward to working with them to develop their skills as they train to become qualified patent and trade mark attorneys.
