Finally, the Unified Patent Court is coming to a close and we can expect a flurry of activity when its doors open, currently proposed as of 1 April 2023. There’s been plenty of discussion about the big jurisdictional questions but it’s time to start looking at how cases might actually progress and the most important question of all: how to win a case at the UPC.
