Kilburn & Strode is ranked as a top-tier firm in this year’s World Trademark Review 1000.
Kilburn & Strode has once again received a gold ranking in the WTR 1000. The guide classes the team “among Europe’s elite trademark attorney outfits”.
The WTR 1000, now in its 12th year, is highly regarded as an authoritative guide to the world’s leading trade mark professionals. Its latest rankings praise Kilburn & Strode’s “stellar reputation” and “unmatched level of knowledge in IP”. Compiled via extensive submissions, peer and client interviews, the guide comments that the firm provides a “flawless European service to clients, both within the region and worldwide”.
The firm offers integrated cross-border services from its UK and Dutch offices. The Hilversum office is headed by Claudia Festen, whilst the London office was further strengthened this year with the hire of leading partner Rowena Tolley. This joined-up approach is praised by WTR: “It serves as a holistic service hub for household names the world over”.
The firm’s partners receive praise from clients and peers alike:
Carrollanne Lindley and Iain Stewart receive gold once again as individual practitioners in the prosecution and strategy category.
Carrollanne Lindley is praised for her work across sectors ranging from fintech to real estate, and has recently spent a lot of time engaging with healthcare companies.
“Carrollanne is a highly experienced and knowledgeable trademark practitioner, providing focused, pragmatic advice without racking up excessive costs.”
The Netherlands and UK-based Iain Stewart is praised for his knowledge “on all aspects of trade mark prosecution; while multi-jurisdictional oppositions and disputes also fall within his wheelhouse”. Stewart’s client feedback speaks for itself: “Iain is one of the most competent attorneys I have had the pleasure of working with.”
Jeffrey Parker and Ryan Pixton are also individually recognised:
Trade mark heavyweight Jeffrey Parker joined Kilburn & Strode in 2019. Jeffrey brings an impressive 45 years of experience with him, having run his own successful practice for over a decade and working at another prestigious global law firm prior to that. “His patrons value his creative solutions”.
Ryan Pixton is also noted for the exemplary service he provides: “No matter how many matters we send, Ryan and his team are able to handle it. Ryan is very responsive and gives clear and practical advice; we trust him and his judgement completely.”
Congratulations to everyone else in this year’s ranking.
